  • When is a deposit due?

    A deposit of $500.00 per participant is due by May 15th, 2019.

  • When is full payment due?

    Full or Balance payments must be made by July 15th, 2019.

  • When does registration for the tour end?

    Registration closes on July 15th, 2019. IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE, some registrations MAY be taken after July 15th. To inquire about available space after this date, please contact us at 888.800.2767 or email us at israel@cfan.org

  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?

    All cancellations must be received in writing or electronically. The dates below refer to the date the cancellation is received by CfaN. Trip deposits of $500.00 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation on or prior to July 15th, 2019 – full refund (minus the deposit). Cancellation after July 15th - airfare non-refundable; 50% of tour refundable (minus the deposit and airfare). Cancellation after August 15th – no refund.

  • What changes can I make to my reservation?

    May 15th is the deadline to make changes to your tour package involving the LAND and AIR options. For example, if you have selected LAND ONLY and would like to add LAND + AIR, or if you have selected LAND +AIR, and would like to change to LAND ONLY. This is also the deadline to make any changes to your selected departure city.
    July 15th is the deadline to make changes to tour packages involving Hotel Experience. For example, you may change your selected package details for Single/Double Occupancy.

  • When are the tour dates?

    Tour activities are scheduled for October 23rd-30th, 2019. October 21st-22nd, and October 31st are TRAVEL DAYS ONLY..

  • Are meals included?

    Breakfast and Dinner is included, but lunch is not. Please be prepared to purchase food/drinks outside of the breakfast and dinner provided.

  • What payment methods are accepted in Israel?

    All major credit cards are accepted in Israel. You should contact your bank and make them aware of your travel plans to Israel so payment is not declined.

  • Is there a trip discount offered?

    No.

  • What is a Group Captain?

    The first person who clicks to register a Small or Large Group will automatically be assigned as the Group Captain. Group Captains who complete Step 1 will receive an email with a unique URL (link) which may be shared to add members to their group. Group Captains will have a dashboard where they can add members, see their member’s basic information or change members’ tour package. Group Captains should follow up with their members to ensure deposits are paid by May 15th, 2019, and Full or Balance Payment is completed by July 15th, 2019. Additional members may not be added after the registration deadline on July 15th, 2019.

  • What is a Family Group?

    A Family Group is comprised of a spouse and/or dependents only. A Family Group is a sub group of a larger group.

  • What is a Family Group Leader?

    A Family Group Leader manages a Family Group (comprised of a spouse and/or dependents.

  • Who is a Group Member?

    Someone who has been added to a Small or Large Group, and was not the first person to register a group. Members who access the custom URL from their Group Captain are directed to register. Once registered, their Group Captain’s name will be displayed and the package the Group Captain has selected. If you have questions about where others in your group are staying, please contact your Group Captain.

  • How do I join an existing group?

    If you are aware of someone who has begun a group (Group Captain), contact the Group Captain before registering on the website in order to ensure you are added to the group of your choice.

  • Where do I add members to my group?

    In Step 3 of the registration process, or from your GROUP DASHBOARD.

  • Is it safe to travel to Israel?

    We will stay in contact with our local travel partner in Israel. Please check your email or the blog for the latest updates. Click HERE to review our Terms and Conditions policy sections entitled “Cancellations” and “Trips and Services."

  • How Many people are you taking with you on the tour?

    There is no limit for those selecting a “Land only” package. However, space is limited for selecting the tour package involving “Land + Air.”

  • Can I bring my kids?

    Yes; if under 12, please contact us.

  • Can I pay a deposit without having my passport details?

    No, you must have your passport details before paying a deposit.

  • Is my payment for the Experience Israel Tour tax deductible?

    No; payments for the Experience Israel Tour are not tax-deductible.
